Balboa Avenue in Panama is the most-sought after zone

Last year the average price per square meter in the country rose by 11%.

Balboa Avenue continues to be the most valued site in the country, followed by Punta Pacifica and Amador, while the beaches and Boquete were ahead for that category in the interior of the country.

According to a study done by economist Osvaldo Lao, on Balboa Avenue a square meter of construction is as high as $2,932 while in Punta Pacifica it was at $2,524 per m2.

According to company CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the City of Panama has 810.000 square meters of office space available for rent.
