'Avenida Escazú' Opens in Costa Rica

Its first stage was officially inaugurated yesterday, comprising cinema, food court, coffee shops, businesses, offices and hotel.

The project is being developed by real estate company "Portafolio Inmobiliario" and will generate over 450 direct jobs.

From Elfinancierocr.com: "The architectural design of Avenida Escazú is considered among the country's best, and it won first place in the 2006 Architecture Exhibition. The project's constructor is Volio & Trejos, while its designers are Studio 506, Trejos Facio Architects, and Zurcher Architects".

Colonial Residences Project for $7 million

Project "‘La Hacienda del Comendador", located in the municipality of San Miguel Dueñas, Guatemala, will have church, gardens and a "Commander's House."
