Avante Building Opens in El Salvador

With $ 45 million investment, Calidad Inmobiliaria inaugurates their first estate project in El Salvador.

The corporate office building includes nine levels of offices, a trading floor and six levels of parking for 700 cars.

A total of 44,000 square meters of which 21,000 are built as parking area.

New Real Estate Investment in El Salvador

Construction has started of an 13 story office tower, estimated at $12 million, which will be located in Zona Rosa, in the Salvadoran capital.

The project, being developed by Corporación Polaris, is called "Century Tower", and will have 7,000 m2 of office space and 300 parking spaces , which will be distributed on different levels. The tower, which will be completed in December, will be located on the Hippodrome Boulevard, next to the Clarion Suites Las Palmas hotel.

Nicaragua: Office Building for $13 million

Work has started on the construction of the first of two buildings on eight levels which together will add 14 thousand square meters of construction in Camino de Oriente on the highway to Masaya.

The company Lacayo Fiallos announced that the company has started construction of the first tower, which will have 7,296 square meters of construction, 170 underground parking spaces and 239 outdoor parking spaces. The project is called Kakau and the total estimated investment is $13 million.

Grupo Roble will build the Escazú Corporate Center office building with eleven floors.

The center will be built in front of Multiplaza Shopping Center´s south parking lots. Start of construction is scheduled for next November.

El Salvador: 70% of Torre Futura Sold

June 2009

The 20-floor office building, which required an investment of $45 million, will open its doors in November 2009.

The developer of the third tower of the World Trade Center, Group Agrisal, has planned to inaugurate the building in November with 100% occupancy. The spaces that have already been sold will be occupied by some 40 businesses.
