Another Office Center in Capital of Costa Rica

With an investment of $60 million, Centro Corporativo El Tobogán is being built on a four-hectare site, a project which will feature 105 offices, 1,100 parking spaces, 20 shops, 66 warehouses, and a rooftop helipad.

The property is category A + for office centers in downtown San Jose, the highest category there is, meaning that it will have luxury finishes and amenities. "Bansol was the financial structurer of the project and the bank financing will be provided by Banco Nacional and Banco de Costa Rica. The developer is Inmobiliaria Contempo, and the external marketers are Colliers and NAI ", reported Elfinancierocr.com.

The project will be constructed in two towers, a main building with 11 floors, two basements and 11 story parking lot and two basement levels. The first floor of the main building will be devoted to shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy, among other things. Located on levels 2 to 10, will be offices ranging from 150 to 450 square meters, each floor has an area of 3,452 m2.

On level 11 "corporate penthouses" will be located with outdoor terraces and double height ceilings, and on the rooftop there will be a helipad.

$78 million Mixed Property Development
