Another Hotel in Costa Rica for Salvadoran Group

Agrisal Group invested $10 million in the purchase and remodeling of Indigo Hotel in Santa Ana, which from now on will operate under the brand Holiday Inn Express.

The 100-room hotel is located in Santa Ana and is focused mainly on the segment of business travelers.

Prunera Luis Alvarez, a member of the board of Grupo Agrisal told that "... 'The area is an important pole of development in Costa Rica: there is Ultrapark, Plaza Roble, Global Park, Forum 1 Forum 2 and international companies. '"

".. This move is added to two other Agrisal investments in Costa Rica: Holiday Inn, with 160 rooms; and the trade and office complex Plaza Tempo, both in Escazu. "

The real estate firm Kirebe is to build a Wyndham Garden Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica.

The new hotel will be located in Escazú, on land adjacent to Play and EPA, and will open its doors in August, according to the plans of the property firm Kirebe, which has previously specialized in residential condominiums.
