April 2018 In 2017, Central America countries imported $96 million worth of various common metal manufactures from Mexico, 14% more than what was purchased in 2016. March 2018 During the first 11 months of 2017, countries in the region imported $47 million worth of aluminum and its manufactures from Mexico, and 60% was purchased by companies in Costa Rica and Guatemala.
