Agrifood Fair in Honduras

On May 17 and 18, agroindustrial companies in the region will be meeting in San Pedro Sula, where products will be exhibited and business appointments held.

In the IV edition of the Agromercados 2018 fair, which will take place at the San Pedro Sula Expo Center, the participation of at least 800 companies is expected. 

A statement issued by Funder details that the fair will offer horticultural products, meat, fish, seafood, processed foods, tropical fruits, oriental vegetables, agroindustrial (African palm and its derivatives) technology, roots and tubers, grains and seeds, (cocoa, coffee, sesame, beans) apiculture, specialty coffees and fine cocoa, medicinal plants, agroindustrial, fodder and nuts.

Taiwanese Looking for Business in Nicaragua

A group of entrepreneurs from the Asian nation will be visiting Nicaragua to buy coffee and cocoa, and also explore new opportunities with local companies in the meat industry.

The delegation consists of 14 businesspeople interested in buying mainly coffee and cocoa. According to the Taiwanese ambassador in Nicaragua, Jaime Wu, most of them will be visiting the country for the first time.
