Aeroman invests $25 million in El Salvador

The company is planning to build a new hangar for two production, generating some 1,500 jobs.

Friday, January 23, 2009 reports: "In November 2008, the last two hangars were inaugurated, situated at the El Salvador International Airport, and have generated 618 jobs. Aeroman hopes to have 16 production lines or bays with the development of its expansion plan.

Currently more than 1,300 individuals work for the company, including technicians, engineers, and administrative staff, but more qualified workers are needed."

In order to expand operating capacity, Aeroman is investing in the new hangar, which will operate three production lines, creating 500 new jobs and increasing their ability to meet increased demand from the United States.

Aeroman is a company that provides aircraft maintenance services in El Salvador. It is preparing to invest $20 million in its eight operation line, but this initiative requires that authorities improve roads and infrastructure at and around the main airport of the country.

The company currently has hanger 1 which has1100 m2 of hangar space, 1600 m2 of storage space and 1269 m2 of office space.
