Advertising on Digital Screens Expands

In Guatemala, the Focus Media Company installs screens with ads next to elevators, lobbies and parking lots.

People waiting in front of the elevators have nothing else to do except to look at these screens that Focus Media has already installed in more than 500 business buildings and medical clinics.

The article by Roxana Larios in indicated that according to Carlos Galindo, director of advertising for Gall-up, "despite this not being a primary medium such as television, radio or newspapers, the short ads have wide coverage. This complementary medium repeats an ad up to 60 times a day, achieving "very good positioning in people's mind".
