"The previous meeting and homologation for this Best Value Tender will be held on May 13, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Municipal Planning Directorate of Baru, in the Baru Municipal Palace building.

The contractor will provide all the labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, administration, all of the best quality obtained."

Reference value: $8,900,000.

Deadline for receipt of tenders: May 30, 2019.

El Salvador: $30 million for Road Renovation

The Legislature has approved a loan with the Official Credit Institute of Spain for a road improvement program nationwide.

From a statement issued by the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador:

During the plenary session on Thursday, representatives, authorized the Executive Branch in the Field of Finance, to sign a loan agreement in the amount of up to thirty million dollars (US $30,000,000.00), which will be used to implement projects that will improve the conditions of rural road infrastructure nationwide, prioritizing areas that have a the greatest potential for productive development.
