$80 Million Investment in Corporate Center Announced

In the first quarter of 2020, the Urbánica construction company plans to begin construction of a corporate center composed of four towers, in the district of El Espino, San Salvador.

Representatives of the company informed that the new corporate center will be called "Capital Business Campus", and that soon will begin with the commercialization of the spaces.

Laprensagrafica.com reviews that "... For the first phase, which will begin construction during the first quarter of next year, is expected a $17 million to $20 million investments and will be an 8 to 9 level tower of office space.

Alejandro Dueñas, executive president of Urbánica, stated that "... It is an inclusive project with rental spaces from 65 square meters. There are no parking spaces in the basement, but a building only for parking, to serve companies of different types and sizes. We want to generate social cohesion in the guild."

The corporate center that will be in front of the Multiplaza shopping center, will have a connection with Puerta del Alma, a residential complex developed by Urbánica.

Office Building: New Investment in El Salvador

Grupo Roble announced that in June 2020 will begin construction of an office tower that will have a profitable area of about 14 thousand m2, which will be located near the Multiplaza shopping center.

El Salvador: $19 million for Corporate Center

June 2015

Agrisal Group has announced the expansion of the World Trade Center in San Salvador, with the construction of a 12 story office building.

The work includes 9,000 square meters of offices and 5,000 parking spaces, the building will connect with Torre Futura and Plaza Futura, with two gateways.
