The company DAO Panama Development, S.A. submitted an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to build a mixed building of offices, shops and apartments.The project is called "DAO Panama", and will be developed in the town of Bella Vista.
According to the document, the building will be 62 storeys high, of which 12 will be used for parking, 2 for building services, 2 for commercial premises, 4 for offices, 2 for social areas for the apartments and 40 storeys where 320 apartments will be built.
The study adds that the total construction area is 92,782.6 m 2 and the estimated investment for the work is $75 million.
