$6 Million in Residential Tower

In Guatemala, the project called "Apartamentos Altavista" is being built for 110 housing units and five penthouses, with a construction of fifteen thousand square meters.

"The construction of the building will have a basement, 12 levels for the distribution of the housing units and a height of 31 meters.

The tower will have the following areas:
* Apartment tower 1,190 m2.
* Surface parking 3,000 m2.
* Basement parking 1,100 m2.
* Green area 500 m2.
* Sports area 72 m2.
* Social area 240 m2.
* Entrance gate 80 m2.

The apartments will have three bedrooms for 78 m2, the pent-houses will have three bedrooms between 174 m2 and 184 m2."
