More than 3 thousand people gathered together at the 18th edition of AGRITRADE, the only agricultural fair in the region, which on this occasion served as a platform for closing businesses deals worth US $55 million.
We are proud that at this fair we had the presence of 116 international buyers from 19 countries from the United States, Canada, Arab Emirates, Central America, Europe,who held 2,000 business appointments with Guatemalan companies, generating US $55 million in business deals in the short and medium term. Most of the international buyers found the supply they were looking for and they indicated thatthe event fulfilled their expectations, stated the President of the AGRITRADE Platform of AGEXPORT, Estuardo Castro.

From 23 to 24 March in Antigua, Guatemala, more than 60 international buyers will be taking part in business roundtables with agricultural producers in the region.

In AGRITRADE Expo & Conference 2017 will have 3 business roundtables, one of them will involve the participation of 200 farmers who will showcase their supply of raw materials, in order to foster business with exporting companies seeking to transform agricultural products into manufactured consumer articles such as food and beverages, said the President of the AGRITRADE Platform, Estuardo Castro.
During the AGRITRADE event held in Guatemala there were 1,700 business meetings between international buyers and Central American exporters, with deals $62 million.

In the seventeenth edition of Expo & Conference AGRITRADE, 1,708 appointments were scheduled between international buyers and exporters / producers in Central America.
AGRITRADE Expo & Conference will take place on March 12th-13th in Guatemala City, and will be attended by 100 international buyers.

In order to bring together in one place offerings of Central American agricultural exports, the AGRITRADE Expo & Conference from AGEXPORT, sold at its breakfast launch 50% of the show's floor, an event which will be held in 2015, in Santo Domingo Hill, Antigua Guatemala and will bring to the country more than 100 international buyers interested in coffee, cardamom, macadamia, broccoli, organic products, pepper, from Guatemala and Central America.
