$3 Million in Residential Construction Planned

In Guatemala, a building with eighteen stories for eighty-five apartments will be built, with a construction of ten thousand square meters.

The interactive platform "Construction in Central America", from CentralAmericaData's Business Intelligence Area, includes an updated list of public and private construction projects that have submitted environmental impact studies (EIA) to the respective institutions in each country.

"In the capital city, a residential building will be constructed called "Canal 190 Residential Building".

The construction areas will be as follows:

* Basement construction area 3,857.26 m2.
* First level construction area 416.70 m2.
* Construction area first level 476.22 m2.
* Construction area of 14 typical levels 5,186.02 m2.
* Construction area 17 level 102.44 m2.
* Construction area 18th level 132.82 m2.

The building will have 05 basements for parking for condominium owners and visitors, as for the levels above the street will be 18 floors for recreational areas (will have social areas, track and playground, gym) and 85 apartments."

In the district of San Felipe, province of San Jose, Costa Rica, the company Monte San Miguel AOE SRL, plans to build a residential complex of three apartment towers of eight levels each.

In Zone 14 of Guatemala City, the company Desarrollos Quinta S.A., plans to build a 23-level apartment tower that will have a construction area of 40,285 square meters.
