Located on the Panamerican highway in Old Cuscatlán, the project will have four towers and a hotel.

Guadalupe Hernández wrote in Elsalvador.com: "According to the mayor of Old Cuscatlán, the developer has complied with the required permits for the construction of such projects, reason for which it proceeded with the earthworks in an area of over 56 thousand square meters."

Costa Rica: Real Estate Development Announced

A real estate group of Honduran origin has announced that in 2019 it will start construction of a mixed project in Alajuela that will house a hotel, an office and a restaurant.

Without giving further details, representatives of Lady Lee Corporation, developer of the "City Mall" shopping center located in Alajuela, announced that in 2019 they will start earthworks to build, on a piece of land adjacent to the commercial center which is already operating, a building that will have offices, a gastronomic center and a hotel.

An environmental impact study has been submitted for construction of a complex of 3 mixed-use towers in Guatemala City, which will house commercial premises, offices, apartments and a hotel.

Data from the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData indicates that, in September, Grupo Cuadra S.A. presented an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to the Ministry of the Environment to build a mixed-use building in zone 10 of Guatemala City.

'Torre Futura' Opens in December

El Salvador's tallest building, 'Torre Futura' will open its doors on December 1st, 2009.

The building is owned by Grupo Agrisal, who has already sold 100% of its retail space, and 76% of its office space, reported Claudia Campos, commercialization manager of the project.

Marriot to invest $40 million in Panama

The international hotel chain Marriott is expanding into Panama, and will spend 40 million dollars on a 300-room hotel in Panama City.

Edward Fuller, president and executive director of the region for Mariott International, said the project will be part of their luxury brand Renaissance.
