$30 Million Investment in Multipurpose Project

In the coming months, it is planned to build in Alajuela, Costa Rica, a real estate complex consisting of a hotel, an office building and a commercial area.

Inversiones Andino S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "City Towers Alajuela", which will have a construction area of 26 thousand square meters.

The project consists of the construction and operation of a 138-room hotel, which will have meeting rooms, swimming pool, restaurant and lounge. There will also be an office space and another area for stores.

The works planned for the project include the construction of accesses, streets, sidewalks, drinking water network, pluvial and sanitary sewerage, treatment plant, lighting and electricity, installation of telecommunications infrastructure, parking area, adaptation of green area.

According to the study, the project will be located in the district of Alajuela and is expected to invest about $30 million.
