The Panama Pacifico Agency tenders the service of custody and security of buildings, facilities, unoccupied housing, offices of the institution and land located in the town of Veracruz.

Panama Government Purchase 2019-2-97-0-15-LV-002810:

"These services include custody and security, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for an 18-month period from the order to proceed, remunerated annually with the budget line assigned for each year.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the security, surveillance and supervision of the surrounding accesses, including the structures, buildings, infrastructure and equipment located within the Panama Pacifico Area (APP), distributed by Sector, Type, number of points, number of units, per shift."

Reference value: $1,559,917.

Deadline for receipt of tenders: September 27, 2019.

ICE Invites Bid for Security Services in Costa Rica

October 2010

The Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE-Power Company) will bid $ 5.7 million in safety and security services for their facilities.

Services are for facilities in Cartago, East of San Jose, Colima de Tibás, Sabana and Rohrmoser-Pavas-Escazu-Santa Ana.

Bidding companies must declare a minimum of 10 years of being duly registered and licensed by the Private Security Services Directorate of the Ministry of Public Security to provide those services for which it must submit a certificate with no more 30 days since issuance and must be accompanied by the offer proposed.

$231 Million Coastal Security System

August 2010

Panama is has purchased a Coastal Security System from Italian conglomerate Finmeccanica worth $231 million.

The contract states that different companies in the Italian group will provide components for the project: SELEX Sistemi Integrati will supply a monitoring system and cost control while AgustaWestland will contribute six AW139 helicopters to the Panama air-sea fleet.
