$28 Million for Industrial Park Construction

Costa Rica is planning to build an industrial park with more than seventy-one thousand square meters of construction, developed in three stages.

"In Garita, the construction of an industrial park is planned to be carried out in three phases, which will have warehouses for rent, with their respective platforms for loading and unloading of products, it will also include a rental building for shared services, it will have a commercial area, a recreational sports area, the necessary accesses to the site, internal streets, parking lots and a reforestation area.

First stage: construction of warehouse 100 (5,400 m2), construction of warehouse 200 (5,400 m2), construction of access (90 m2), construction of the rain delay lagoon (1,716 m2), construction of the wastewater treatment plant (100 m2). Construction of sidewalks (1,553.33 m2) and other streets and parking lots (7,016.33 m2). For a total of 21,255.66 m2.

Second stage: construction of warehouse 300 (3,600 m2) and warehouse 400 (6,300 m2), construction of sidewalks (1,553.33 m2), streets and parking lots (7,016.33 m2). For a total of 18,469.66 m2.

Third stage: construction of warehouse 500 (13,500 m2), construction of warehouse 600 (9,261 m2), construction of sidewalks (1,553.33 m2), streets and parking lots (7,016.33 m2). For a total of 31,330.66 m2.
