$22 Million in Residential to be Developed in Panama

In Panama there are plans to develop a residential complex with commercial spaces, executed in five phases that will last 18 months each, to be completed in a period of seven and a half years.

"In the Juan Diaz district, the construction of a residential complex consisting of five apartment buildings with a common social area, including a swimming pool, an events room, a multipurpose court, two terraces, parking lots, and commercial premises with their respective parking lots, is planned.

The planned buildings will have 10 levels to house 88 residential units for a total of 440 apartments.

The typology of the apartments is as follows: five apartments will be 57.50 square meters and four homes will be 65 square meters, so that nine levels will have a typical apartment floor plan with nine apartments per floor and 547.50 rentable square meters.

Only seven apartments, the lobby and technical rooms will be located on the first floor.
