"In Guatemala, construction will begin on the expansion of the Oakland Mall, which will have five basements, first floor and 4 levels.
* Basements: For parking lots, equipment and service areas.
* First floor: It will be divided for commercial area and parking lots.
* Levels 01 to 04: Commercial use with connections to the current commercial levels, it will have a plaza (green area and planters), where users visiting the mall can have access, financial plaza, restaurants.

The construction and remodeling will have 109,946.91 m2.
