$200 Million in Residential Construction

In Panama, a residential megaproject will be built in an area of 195 hectares to provide residential housing, apartment buildings, duplexes, commercial premises, and spaces for institutions that provide neighborhood services.

"In the district of Tocumen, in an area of 195.27 hectares, there are plans to establish a real estate complex with an investment of $200 million.

The project will have a combination of residential uses with recreational, social, public and commercial facilities, distributed in macro lots.

The residential complex will have 8,000 row houses, duplexes and apartments, the construction area of housing will vary between 45 m2 and 200 m2, in addition, it will have different types of stores that will be distributed in the four mixed commercial macro lots, three lots for urban institutional services, one lot for neighborhood institutional services, one lot for a district park, conservation of gallery forests of the water easements of the Tocumen River.
