$15 Million in Residential Project

A housing complex consisting of two 16-story towers and two 19-story buildings, which together will house 196 apartments, is planned to be built in the district of Panama.

Inmobiliaria Navaltor, S.A. presented to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) called "P.H. Altos del Pacifico."

The project consists of the construction of four towers that will offer 148 two-bedroom apartments and 148 one-bedroom apartments, which include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and a sanitary service, parking and social area.

All of the towers will consist of a shared social area of 1,046 m2 that includes a swimming pool, dressing rooms for ladies and gentlemen, BBQ area, sun area and huts.

Vertical Housing: New Investment in El Salvador

Grupo Roble began building a 15-story residential tower in the country's capital, which will house 96 apartments and is expected to be ready by the end of 2020.

According to the directors of the real estate company, the building called "Altos Tower" that is located on the extension of the Alameda Juan Pablo II of San Salvador, will have a parking lot with capacity for 224 vehicles.

Guatemala: New Apartment Complex

In the coming months, a complex consisting of five residential towers that will house 135 apartments is planned to be built in Zone 16 of the country's capital.

HS International S.A. presented the environmental impact study to develop the project called "Boreal Residences Phase I", which consists of the construction of four towers of 21 levels that will house 40 apartments each, and another building of 16 levels that will house 15 apartments.

Costa Rica: Residential Projects for $58 million

Condominium towers in the provinces of San José and Puntarenas are some of the projects for which environmental impact studies were presented in June 2016.

The report "Construction projects in Costa Rica in June 2016" prepared by the Business Intelligence unit at CentralAmericaData.com, provides an updated list of major construction projects for which environmental impact studies (EIS) were presented to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat (SETENA) in June.
