"Within the scope of works the contractor must carry out is the construction of a new pavilion that includes replacement of all classrooms, offices and existing laboratories in the current building of Hall 1, for which they must carry out a soil study, new drinking water system, (storage tank, pumping and distribution system), new electricity connection, and other campus infrastructure systems, construction of a new gymnasium, a synthetic court and parking lots, and also the existing workshops and pavilion 2 must be remodeled.

The proponent that designs, develops and approves the plans for the new structures and special systems that are needed in the Educational Center, must in addition present a solution for the rainwater systems (design of channels, drainages, downspouts or others. They must make sure that the water reaches the storm drains or common outlets avoiding overflows and analyze the electrical capacity of the existing transformer that feeds this center for new installations (power supply, switches, bakelites, special outputs and equipment). "
