$12 Million Invested in Corporate Center

In the municipality of Nuevo Cuscatlán Grupo DecoArte began the construction of a corporate complex that will have office space, events area and offices.

Representatives of Grupo DecoArte informed that currently the corporate complex called "Salamanca" is in phase of commercialization of the office-warehouses that will be built in the first stage of the project.

Elmundo.sv reports that "... The first stage includes the construction of 10,800 square meters for " office-warehouses" spaces and 30,000 square meters will be used for corporate and social events. The office-warehouses will be divided into spaces ranging from 500 square meters to 3,000 square meters, with a rental value of $6 per square meter. These spaces will be available from August 2020, when the construction of the first stage is completed."

The article adds that the business group foresees "... to begin the second phase of construction in December 2020 with an extension of 16,000 square meters of office-warehouses, which will be offered for purchase in limited quantities of space. Salamanca will offer administrative work areas and meeting rooms, with an environment of nature and additional services that the complex will provide, such as forklifts and storage."

New Logistics Project in Guatemala

Calidad Inmobiliaria announced that it will build in Condado Naranjo, municipality of Mixco, a logistic center of 72 warehouses distributed in a four level tower.

According to information provided by the project's directors, the new industrial complex will be called "Districentro" and is currently in the launching stage.

Office Building: New Investment in El Salvador

Grupo Roble announced that in June 2020 will begin construction of an office tower that will have a profitable area of about 14 thousand m2, which will be located near the Multiplaza shopping center.

Representatives of the real estate company Grupo Roble, reported that the project to be developed from next year is called "Roble Corporate Center", which will be located between the Multiplaza shopping center and the apartment complex of Torre El Pedregal.

Pinto Lopez Hermanos LTDA submitted to the National Environmental Technical Secretariat the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called, "Construction of 41 office-warehouses Las Cañas and parking in green areas, with treatment plant."
