$10 million Investment in Shopping Center

Plans are underway to build a 13-level building in Zone 4 of Guatemala City, with 187 parking spaces and 11,000 square meters for commercial premises and offices.

Construcciones Modernas, S.A. presented to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) an environmental impact study (EIA) to build a mixed building, with space for commercial premises and offices, in Zone 4 of the capital.

The EIA indicates that the project will be called "Nova Reformador", it will have seven basements, which will occupy an estimated area of 10,405 square meters, and 11,200 square meters distributed over 13 levels, for offices and commercial premises.

The report adds that "... the basement area will have a construction area of 10,405 square meters, spread over 7 basements in a building that follows the shape of the land, which has an area of 1356 square meters."

Construction is scheduled to be completed in October 2019, according to data in the EIA presented by the company.

The developer Inversiones y Construcciones Inmobiliarias submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) an Environmental Impact Study to build the project called "Grand Reforma 10".
