The governments of Belgium and Panama are planning to sign an agreement on promotion and reciprocal investment protection.
Additionally, during the Belgian Prince's visit to Panama, the signing of an agreement between the Technum-Tractebel Company and the Panamanian Canal Authority (ACP) to provide advice on the expansion of the canal has been programmed.
Complications with antennae installations have impeded the business from operating since December 27, the previously anticipated date.
