The Panamanian National Council for Sustainable Development is putting out to tenders the project management for the aqueducts and sewers system in Panama.
According to the specifications the tender is for Project Management services and Technical Assistance for the Project Study, Design, Construction, Equipment and operation of the enlargement and sustainable improvement of the Water and Sewer Systems of Panama.
The Consortia Ptar Chepo PDP, Chepo Bayano, Cocige Resol and Constructora Rodsa SA presented their proposals in the tender to build and operate a sewer system in Chepo, Panama.

With the participation of three consortia and 1 company, the best value tender with separate evaluation for "the Study, Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of a Wastewater Collection System and Wastewater Treatment in Chepo, province of Panama" was carried out in the Hall of Public Acts,"Sergio Gonzalez Ruiz" Auditorium " by the Institute of Aqueducts and Sewage Systems (IDAAN).
At the appointed time (10:00 am today, May 30, 2016), as indicated in the statement of objections and technical specifications, Licdo. Ramiro Diaz Hoa, Deputy Director of Management and Administrative Services at the IDAAN, began the opening of envelopes containing proposals from: CONSORCIO PTAR CHEPO PDP, CONSORCIO CHEPO BAYANO, CONSORCIO COCIGE RESOL and CONSTRUCTORA RODSA S.A.

The Panamanian Ministry of Health has completed its inspections and has agreed to lift the suspension of works on expanding the thermoelectric plant being managed by Pan Am Generating in La Chorrera in West Panama.
