Guatemala will spend between $6 to $8 million to improve the El Boqueron, Cuilapa, Santa Rosa and El Infiernito prisons.
With the support of the American government, Guatemala is receiving an assessment on prisons, with 6 to 8 months projected for the installation of the modules.
