In Honduras, the Judicial Branch tenders the construction of a parking tower, general services and food areas of the institution in Tegucigalpa.

"The Parking Tower was designed as a spiral, where the same slabs serve as ramps for ascending and descending the vehicles, parking the vehicles in the same slabs.
The Judicial Power of Honduras is putting out to tender construction of a parking tower with capacity for 365 vehicles, the offices of the General Services Department and a food court.

"Requirements are for the construction of aparking towerin a spiral shape, where the same slabs serve as ramps for vehicles to travel up and down, parking on the same slabs, eliminating the need for ramps that are dead spaces that subtract from the available useful area. The construction will be wrapped in a metal membrane or parasol (Louver) in the shapeof a honeycomb, which will provide a touch of modernity to the aforementioned building.The building will have 365 parking spaces distributed on 4 levels, access steps to all levels, green area (gardening), signage on each level, properly painted curbs and vehicle stops.
An environmental impact study has been submitted to build a shopping center which comprises of one building with 4 levels and a tower with 6 levels for parking.
According to CentralAmericaData's Construction Project Identification System,the project was submitted to the Honduran authorities on December 282016 by Inversiones Aliadas.
Exemption from taxes and municipal fees are some of the incentives that the Mayor of the Central District of Tegucigalpa is granting to those building parking lots in areas of high road traffic.
Other incentives being offered include the payment of only $0.05 per building permit, regardless of the size of the land where it the parking lot will be built.
The Municipality of the Central District is putting out to tender construction of a yard area for parking and maintenance of buses in the BTR system.
The Municipality of the Central District (CDMA), is inviting eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the construction of a yard for parking and workshop for maintenance of buses in the BRT system in an area measuring 12,550 square meters located between the second and third entrance of the John F. Kennedy colony in Tegucigalpa.
The government has reported that new buildings and parking lots will be constructed at the office of El Amatillo, in the department of Valle as well as reconstruction of the customs office of Agua Caliente in Ocotepeque.

Tegucigalpa, October 2. Authorities from the Executive Revenue (DEI) announced today through a press conference the building of El Amatillo custom office in the department of Valle and reconstruction of the Agua Caliente Customs Office in Ocotepeque, both projects are being funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and a national counterpart.
The Honduran city of San Pedro Sula will put out to tender in a month and a half, a regulated vehicle parking system.
According to José Antonio Pineda, executive secretary of the Commission for the Promotion of Public-Private Partnerships, the bidding rules are in advanced stages and they now only need an economic study.
"We need to approach the national bank to get its opinion on the feasibility of the project and find out if they are willing to finance them", said Pineda to Laprensa.hn.
The municipal authorities of San Pedro Sula are preparing the documents for a tender for a parking regulation and collection of charges project in the city.
The mayor of San Pedro Sula and the Public Private Partnership Association will carry out the proposed controlled parking project in order to bring order to the streets and avenues of the city, which has 830 parking spaces.
Authorities in the Honduran business city are promoting the project which must be executed by an entity which can operate under the public-private partnership model.
"The specifications have already been developed and will be forwarded to the Commission on Public Private Partnership, along with the relevant contract, as it will require the approval of this entity in order to continue with the procedure.
The municipality of San Pedro Sula announced the tender of a regulated parking system.
Mayor Juan Carlos Zuniga stated that the new system seeks to restore order in city roads.
Within the reorganization plan the mayor also referred to necessary infrastructure, stating that some of the projects will get done this year and some others before 2013, considering the high amount of resources needed.
