A 29 storey tower containing 126 apartments in the center of the capital San José confirms the trend towards high rise housing with easy access to urban services.
The project which is by Grupo Inmobiliario Del Parque is part of the second phase of the project Torres de Paseo Colon. It involves an investment of $18 million and will be ready in about two months.
The realtor El Parque is to develop an apartment block in the La Uruca area of the capital, San Jose.
Construction of the 15-story building is scheduled to begin in December 2011 and take 18 months to complete.
"El Parque group's new project will be located on a 13,000 m2 site near the main highway connecting the capital with the airport, very near the San José Palacio hotel," reports La Nación.
Developed by “Grupo Inmobiliario El Parque”, the project consists of two condominium towers, offices and shops.
Construction will begin on July and it will be locate in the capital city, in Paseo Colón.
Spokesperson José Luis Salinas reported that the project will be executed in two phases: the first involves building four shops, 69 offices and 118 apartments, for a total 35.000 square meters.
