"Administrative concession for the equipment, start-up, operation, administration, maintenance, control and collection of fees for spaces through a system of regulation of parking on public roads through means of parking meters in the City of Panama.
Labisa International Group and Consorcio Rola obtained contracts for $8 million and $2 million, respectively, to build parking lots for Terminal 2 of Panama City airport.
In thetenderthree other companies submitted proposals for the work. Constructora Corcione y Asociados and Transeq S.A. submitted bids for $9.1 million, while Marco Obra Pública offered $7.9 million.
Thirteen consortia took part in the meeting for approval of the tender to build the first phase of the parking lots for terminal 2 of Panama City airport.
Taking part in the approval meeting were the companies: Constructora Urbana, Constructora Meco, Fabritec/Monelca, Ingeniería RM, Extraco Ingeniería, Eridani, S.A., Conansa, Asfaltos Panameños, S.A., Derivados del Petróleo, S.A.
