Located in the Plaza Zona 4 Shopping Center, the new call center consists of training rooms, a medical station, psychologist's room, and coffee room.

With the growing demand for bilingual staff, private organizations and government agencies have created a program entitled "English Training for Call Centers".
The project, by nature public / private, aims to bring some 400 new employees who are bilingual in English / Spanish into the job market .
The growth of the call center industry has been maintained since 2005 at a rate of 29% per annum despite the lack of qualified bilingual staff.
"Accedo Technologies" Center will offer bilingual BPO services by the end of 2009.
Financing was obtained through the Central American Economic Integration Bank, known as BCIE for its Spanish initials.
"On of the participants of this new investment initiative is HEMCO, a mining corporation. The company is expanding its activities by investing in this technological project, which could become a Central American leader in bilingual BPO, Business Process Outsourcing", reports newspaper El Nuevo Diario.
24/7 Customer will double its operations during this year, adding 500 people to their current workforce of 900.
As the first phase of their hiring process, the call center will stage a "24 Hour recruiting day" on July 24, where it aims to hire as much people as possible in 24 hours.

The call centers have been authorized by the National Telecommunications Commission to operate and create 1,000 jobs.

The company Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) will select the bilingual personnel for its future call center on the 19th and 20th of June.
The event, which is organized by the Foundation for Export Investment and Development (Fide), is in the planning stage for the implementation of this project.

Guillermo Montano, President of the Call Center Cluster explained to Prensalibre.com: "The growth of the above-mentioned sector has been seen to be limited by the lack of personnel that speaks English. To resolve this problem, the offering of two thousand scholarships for people with intermediate knowledge of this language to be trained is anticipated."
