Russian sanitation technichians will arrive in Nicaragua to inspect the production plants of beef and shrimp.
Gustavo Álvarez writes in Elnuevodiario.com.ni: “Mauricio Pichardo, Director of Animal Health of Magfor, said that there is no exact date for the arrival of the Russians, but he pointed out that it is just a matter of days and that they are coming to learn more about the sanitation status of meat and shrimp products in the country. ´We have a quite attractive market, one with already favorable sanitation conditions, because here we do not have Foot and Mouth, Mad Cow, or other diseases that would restrict international commerce,´ he said.”
