The countries signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the tourism field to promote El Salvador in the European nation as a tourist destination.
The signing of the document was done with the aim of developing relations between El Salvador and Czech Republic in the tourism field, in order to exchange technical information, statistics and materials promoting tourism, so that mutual understanding could be improved.
