Empresa Prointec S.A., Consorcio PM ITSE and Consorcio Gestión Integral del ITSE presented three identical amounts, of $4.7 million, in the tender for the project management of the Higher Technical Institute of the East, in Panama.
The consortium PM ITSE is made up of Proyectos, Ejecución y Control de Obras S.A. and Sondeo, Estructuras y Geotecnia S.A., and its bid was $4,797,000.The other bidder is Consorcio Gestión Integral del ITSE, which submitted a bid for the same amount, as did Empresa Prointec S.A.
The consortium Unidos por el Terminal de Amador and the firm Proyectos, Ejecución y Control de Obras S.A. bid $2,250,000 and $2,251,000, respectively, to oversee construction of the cruise port in Panama.
