One project will be done in Nuevo Arraiján and it will have 600 housing units. In the other one, in La Chorrera, the real estate developer Via Tertia will construct 950 homes.
In the northwest of the city construction will take place of Ciudad Maya, a luxury residential complex which integrates a commercial area, a corporate area, an apartment building, and other recreational areas.
The very feasible expansion of the San José-Caldera highway will increase the success of a route that has favorably changed the prospects for real estate development in the west of the capital, and logistics and tourism in the Central Pacific.
Construction has been growing like wildfire, so far this year more than $13 million has been invested.
The Salvadoran company has three new projects in El Salvador, where it will build housing and divide entire areas into lots.
