Nacion.com reports: "This has do with a quota which did not surpass, nor meet, the aspirations of Central America.
Central America came with an offer giving access to the European market 84% for the exportable products and the demand to include products such as sugar, ethanol, shrimp, coffee, pineapple and banana.
Five Central American countries will demand that the EU provide access for sugar, banana, ethanol, shrimp, and other products that are not yet included.
Other projects such as candy, pastas and sausages were also left out of the agreement.
Central America will preparing a "commercial offense" next week, prior to the fifth round of negotiations with the European Union.
