Wednesday, August 25, 2010

The head of the Honduran state's farming council (SAG), Jacobo Regalado Weizemblut, stated on the organization's web portal that measures are already being taken to prevent the triangular trade in rice from the US via El Salvador to Honduras.

"The so-called triangular trade route was exposed by the president of the Honduran Association of Rice Growers (ACA in Spanish), Rito Salvador, who claimed that those responsible are a few Honduran companies that bring the grain from El Salvador," reports Elsalvador.com.
