Tourist Flights from Quetzaltenango to Peten

".. The first flight is scheduled for March 4 this year.  According to the planned route, the plane will depart at 8 am from Los Altos airport going to the Mundo Maya airport in Flores and return on March 5 at 1645 hours."

New Flight Guatemala–Huehuetenango

On November 19th, flights between Guatemala City and the head of the department of Huehuetenango will begin operating three times a week.

From the statement of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism:

Guatemala, November 12th, 2018. The Guatemalan Institute of Tourism (INGUAT), together with members of the Tourism Self-Management Committee (CAT) of Huehuetenango, comprised of local businessmen, announced that from November 19th direct flights will start from Guatemala City to the Huehuetenango aerodrome three times a week. The flights operated by Mundo Maya Viajes will have a 30-minute duration, with a roundtrip price of Q 1,000.00 and a one-way price of Q 750.00.

Guatemala City - Puerto Barrios Flight Announced

From January 30 the airline TAG will operate five frequencies per week between Guatemala City and the Puerto Barrios airfield in Izabal.

Representatives from the airline explained that flights will run from Monday to Friday, at an approximate cost of $150 for round-trip ticket. The aim of the Guatemalan Institute of Tourism is for the aerodrome to meet the requirements to become eligible to receive international flights.

From March 16 Air Panama will be offering two daily flights on weekdays from the capital to Alonso Valderrama airport in Chitre.

From March 16 the national airline Air Panama will be offering daily flights between Panama and Chitre, the main city in the province of Herrera. Flights will depart twice a day (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Friday.

Aeroperlas Increases Frequencies in Panama

The airline will begin flying to Chitre regional airport in the province of Herrera.

The increase in economic activity and business in the country has led some airlines to increase flights and frequencies between Panamanian cities.

Such is the case of Aeroperlas Regional, which will begin flying three times a week from Albrook in Panama City to Chitre, using an aircraft with capacity for 12 people.
