Intur Group has diversified its business with greater emphasis on the world of construction through Accival for five years. Beyond the ideal spaces built for restaurants, its projects include other concepts ranging from shopping malls to a modern office center as well as storage areas, apartment condominiums and townhouses.

In an interview with Revista Summa, Roberto Alvarado, president of the division of real estate for Intur Group, explained that the center, which is located in San Pedro Sula, includes the best companies in the business, representing such areas as design, decoration, purchase of materials, maintenance , financing, remodeling, construction, furniture and equipment, among others.

"There will be offices for professionals such as engineers, architects, surveyors and offices for procedures. This will be a single integral concept. There are similar ideas in other countries in the region, but not with the reach that we have," said Alvarado.
