Thailand and Panama Strengthen Commercial Ties
The Panamanian Chamber of Commerce and the Thai trade office have signed an agreement that seeks to build closer commercial relationships.

The agreement includes plans to exchange information about investment opportunities and initiate trade missions to incentivize commerce between both countries.
A delegation from the Indian government has praised the Panamanian economy and expressed an interest in establishing a dialogue in order to strengthen trade ties between both countries.
Government representatives have expressed their interest in continuing negotiations for a trade agreement with Aruba this year.
Besides generating a predictable impact on trade between the two countries, the FTA brings Panama closer to the Pacific Alliance, a block which has already expressed its willingness to integrate the country.
The Panamanian Cabinet has approved a trade agreement between the countries of the European Free Trade Association and the Central American states.
