"Delivery time can not be later than November 30 2017.Upon delivery of brass rods, lead ingots, antimony, tumbaga tape and steel, the Manufacturer's Manual must be provided in order to obtain the required hardness.
The cleaned and stripped bars must have a clear and shiny surface, without any traces of grease, sand or acid and must be free from corrosion, porosity, surface creases, inclusions, segregations or any other external or internal defects that could be detrimental to the manufacture of pods or the quality of the finished product.The percentage of defective bars must not exceed 1%."
The deadline for receipt of bids is August 3, 2017.
