TACA adds Asuncion in Paraguay to its destinations

There will be 6 weekly flights, three will be direct and the other three via Montevideo.

Passengers arriving from Paraguay will have connections to more than 30 destinations in the Americas from the TACA hub in Lima. The new route will promote cultural, tourism and cargo exchange in the region.

The new destinations that TACA offered in 2008, including Asuncion, represent 31% of the increase in flights being offered. Additionally, TACA has increased the frequency of flights to La Paz and Santa Cruz in Bolivia along with the flight schedules.

TACA's Sales Director for South America, Nani Garrues, reiterated that the first flight to Asuncion, Paraguay, will be tonight, and the route will join both countries with six weekly flights...

Taca Inaugurates Direct Flight to Cancun

Through El Salvador, TACA passengers will be able to fly to Cancun from any Central American country.

TACA Airlines now offers a direct, daily flight between Cancun and its Connections Hub in El Salvador.

Starting December 15, TACA will have three weekly flights between the capital cities of Paraguay and Peru, with connections to all the other destinations of the airline.

Paraguayan aeronautical authorities announced last Saturday that the Peruvian airline Air Transport of the American Continent (TACA) will resume flights between Lima and Asuncion starting on December 15.
