Spirit Arilines Opens Call Center in Costa Rica
Spirit Airlines will open a Reservation Center in Heredia to provide customer service for calls in Spanish.

For the opening of Spirit Airlines’ Reservations Center in Ultrapark, Heredia, at least 70 agents and support staff were hired and trained to deal with calls in Spanish, make reservations and deal with passenger doubts.
New lines of business represent further diversification and specialization of operations in Costa Rica. Convergys currently has over 2000 workers in the country providing service in English, Portuguese and Spanish
The companies Stream, AEGIS, Amadeus, the ICT Group, and ACE are looking for 600 people with high levels of English and immediate availability.
U.S. company Motif, a provider of research and customer care services, will start operating in the country in January.
