Alfa Real Estate is the last Spanish to invest in Panama, with an ambitious plan of office space infrastructure bound to the economic activity of the Panama Canal.
In the northwest of the city construction will take place of Ciudad Maya, a luxury residential complex which integrates a commercial area, a corporate area, an apartment building, and other recreational areas.
The economic crisis led the Spanish company to expand its real estate projects in Panama, where it will build two residential projects.
Shopping centers and hotels in the city and on the coast are part of the new projects planned for this year and 2015.
Vertical and horizontal residential condominiums in the provinces of San José, Heredia and Cartago are some of the projects for which environmental impact studies were submitted in May 2016.
