Sitel opens new "Call Center" in Nicaragua

Sitel, a company from the call center customer services outsourcing industry confirmed the expansion of their operation in Nicaragua.

This second services center will have a total area of 5200 square meters.
"The company's second center of operations will be located in the old US Embassy building, which has been converted into a technological park" and will create 400 new jobs for Nicaraguans.
