Sitel opens new "Call Center" in Nicaragua

Sitel, a company from the call center customer services outsourcing industry confirmed the expansion of their operation in Nicaragua.

This second services center will have a total area of 5200 square meters.
"The company's second center of operations will be located in the old US Embassy building, which has been converted into a technological park" and will create 400 new jobs for Nicaraguans. This will double the company's workforce in the country," said Su Edwards, regional director of Marketing at Sitel, in declarations sent via e-mail.
