"... In addition, they can obtain the authorization of the correlatives from the Ministry of Finance, register an establishment with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTPS), register as an employer at the Salvadoran Institute of Social Security (ISSS), and as a company in the Municipalities of San Salvador and Santa Ana."
