Honduras Government Purchase LPN 004-2021:
"The bidder shall provide the service of collection, delivery of correspondence and/or packages to the different cities of the country according to the following conditions:
-The collection of documents (correspondence) within the Institution is performed until 3:30 p.m. on a daily basis, therefore the company shall pick up the packages from 4:00 p.m. and before 5:00 p.m. on a daily basis at the locations established by the IHSS.
-The documentation (correspondence) transported must be delivered the day after it is received by the company, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at the different regional and peripheral offices of the IHSS.
-The company shall receive the documentation (Correspondence) and/or packages daily or when required at the offices of the Institute no later than 4:00 p.m. and before 5:00 p.m. with a supporting list checked with the person designated by the company and the Institute, stating the number of envelopes, packages, bags and/or boxes to be distributed, which shall be returned to the Institution with the acknowledgements of receipt the day after the date received by the addressee."
