Salvadoran Cheeses to be Exported to Italy

Continuing its strategy of selling cheese to Salvadorans abroad, Quesos Petacones plans to export to Italy by the end of the year.

"What happens is that Queso Petacones goes where Salvadorans go...,”. These are the words of the general manager of Queso Patacones, Federico Colorado Torres, according to Elsalvador.com. The cheese producer will begin to export to Italy since it has detected that Italy has become an important destiny for Salvadorian immigrants.

The markets of Guatemala and Honduras are also in the company’s plans for expansion.
